"As a first time mom I went through several struggles but when you see that cute little face, as cliché as it sounds it really does make all those struggles worth it. But I must say a struggle that did get a hold of me the most was putting my creative outlet aside. I was an on/ off fashion blogger and found that I was finally gaining attention with my IG and blog. It even peaked during my pregnancy as I documented how I dressed my baby bump with my audience being other fellow mommies looking for maternity inspiration."

"I wouldn't say I've gotten over this hump as I'm still "a work in progress" as I like to call myself- lol. Nonetheless as I mentioned, just one look at his smile, one hug, one kiss and putting anything/everything aside was definitely worth it.&nbsp…

"I wouldn't say I've gotten over this hump as I'm still "a work in progress" as I like to call myself- lol. Nonetheless as I mentioned, just one look at his smile, one hug, one kiss and putting anything/everything aside was definitely worth it.  But as the saying goes "things will get better" and now that he's older I can attest and say that it's true and I'm able to find myself again. I still have an itch for blogging as itwill alwaysbe my creativity outlet. If anything I just have a new look in life that doesn't necessarily involve the newest trends. Rather I find myself dressing chic while staying comfy so as to chase a toddler around (no more heels everyday!), finding places to go that's kid friendly (no more brunches with all you can drink mimomas!) With this new look on life I plan on documenting it all and everything in between just to show that life doesn't end when you have a kid but begins a new chapter in your life."

"There are so many things we want for our kids. What I want for Gabriel is to never give up on his dreams. Growing up, I lived a practical life where I pursued what was "safe" and strayed from things that were out of my comfort zone."

"I want Gabe to grow up knowing it's okay to step out of that comfort zone in order to chase his dreams and that I'll be here 150% of the way cheering him on."
